The French Racing and Breeding Committee is a non-profit organisation that promotes the French racing and breeding industry abroad. It notably offers an Inward Buyers Scheme to all foreign buyers at ARQANA sales.
If you are purchasing at ARQANA for the first time, the FRBC will treat you to your hotel room or car rental expenses up to a maximum of €250.
